Commission Policy

Our commission structure aims to balance the growth of IM Hospitality with the rewards that representatives can earn. We appreciate the hard work, dedication, and results that our team brings to our organization, and this structure aligns with our mutual success.

This commission structure policy outlines the compensation plan for sales representatives and serves as a foundation for ensuring transparency, motivation, and fairness in the compensation process. It’s important to regularly review and adapt the policy to align with the company’s goals and market conditions.

Policy

Introduction:

At IM Hospitality, we value the contributions of our team in driving the growth and success of our services. To reward and motivate our representatives, we’ve established a competitive commission structure designed to benefit both the company and our dedicated professionals.

Commission Model:

Straight Commission

Commission Rates:

  • Services: 10% for each deal successfully closed.

Performance Review:

  • A performance review will be conducted every three months to assess the performance.
  • Team members who meet their targets will be eligible for increased commission rates, with a maximum cap of 28% .

Tier Review:

  • Tier advancements and reductions will be reviewed every 3 months.
  • If targets are not met or maintained for 3 months, the tier level will drop to the nearest tier based on the current achieved sales. Conversely, if targets are met or exceeded, the tier level will move up accordingly.

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for commissions, the client must sign a contract for the requested service. After that, the deal is considered closed.
  • Commissions will be calculated based on the deal’s actual payment.

Payment Schedule:

  • Commissions will be paid 30 days after the actual payment.

Policy Updates:

  • IM Hospitality reserves the right to update or modify the commission structure policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to the sales team in advance.
